Custom Fluidics Software
Custom Fluidics Software monitors and adjusts critical fluidic parameters. The INFINITI® system software provides increased fluidic versatility and control as well as real-time intelligence and instantaneous adjustments of your intraocular environment. It also allows customized lens acquisition while minimizing fluidic flow and turbulence.
Dual Sensing Technology
The INFINITI® Vision System provides both an exclusive irrigation pressure sensor (IPS) and a vacuum pressure sensor (VPS).

Irrigation Pressure Sensor (IPS)
The intelligence gained by the IPS is critical when applying a customized algorithm such as Dynamic Rise. The IPS detects and monitors the acquisition of nuclear tissue more instantaneously than a vacuum sensor would alone. The IPS is used to detect an empty bottle or warn of a detached or crimped irrigation line, which increases safety by automatically stopping the delivery of energy and aspiration flow.
Dynamic Rise
This feature, exclusive to the INFINITI® Vision System, allows surgeons to customize vacuum response and aspiration flow rate only when occlusion occurs.
- Enables customized acquisition of nuclear tissue by adjusting the time to reach the preset vacuum. Surgeons can program response to increase or decrease pump speed that alters vacuum rise time and engagement of the nuclear material.
- Activates when it senses the increase in both vacuum and irrigation pressures. It activates at the onset of occlusion and deactivates at full occlusion, or when vacuum or irrigation pressures decrease.
- Enables the combination of low flow rates with fast rise time capability, which reduces turbulence and fluid flow through the eye during the procedure.

Vacuum Pressure Sensor
The VPS allows more critical adjustments to changing intraocular conditions and the ability to monitor vacuum response at an unprecedented rate.
Linear Flow and Vacuum
This feature, customizable to every individual procedural step, allows surgical control of both aspiration flow rate and vacuum. It emulates the Venturi pump while maintaining the increased control of the peristaltic pump.
